Prospect Park Tea House Pavillion
Restoration of 150 year old historic pavillion in Prospect Park. Work included reconstruction of wood trim, molding & stainless steel shingles, repair of iron railing and roof ornaments, along with resotration of original colors & iron columns. New lighting and a new waterproofing system were also added.

Crotona Park Archway Reconstruction
Reconstruction of 80-foot tall clock towers capped with four sided glass block lanterns. Work included sourcing & installing glass block lanterns, sourcng & installing new brass clocks, masonry work and ornamental iron work.

Inwood Nature Center
Complete reconstruction of the Inwood Nature Center which was completely damaged due to Hurricane Sandhu. Work includes façade reconstruction, roof reconstruction, interior flooring & painting, new storefront & glazing, signage and interior millwork, HVAC, plumbing and electrical upgrades.

Ranaqaua Headquaters Roof Reconstruction
Reconstruction of existing slate roofs totaling 18,000 SF across 3 structures, along with selective replacement of roof seathing, selectivty masonly repointing, gutter replacements and reconstruction of existing wood coupolas.
Completed March 2024
DSNY Queens Enforcement Building
New 6,000 SF batten seam metal roof including structural reinforcement of existing roof deck, new soffit, fascia, gutter, downspouts and snow guard system installation, along with new coping stones and selective exterior brick masonry repairs.
